Tree nursery seedlings.

Ndugunamiti Enterprises Ltd have nurseries at Nyehunge village and it works with other small scale farmers group who have community nurseries and supporting them with technical advice. We maintain well-equipped and carefully managed nurseries where saplings are grown under optimal conditions. This involves providing adequate sunlight, water, and nutrients to ensure healthy growth.

We employ trained nursery workers who monitor the saplings daily, checking for signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies. The organization raises about 250,000 tree seedlings of different species annually which some of them are distributed to farmers for planting.

The organization so far have planted about 620,000 trees since 2021 to date in different villages in Sengerema district.
